"Great selection of gear"
I was surprised by how many jackets and packs they had to choose from. I went in expecting a standard selection, but there were way more options than I thought there would be. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid place to shop if you like having plenty of choices.

"Jacket arrived in great shape, thankfully"
I ordered a jacket from outandbackoutdoor.com, it showed up in better condition than I expected. The listing was accurate, there weren’t any weird smells or surprise damage, which really shouldn’t feel like such a relief, but here we are. The quality feels solid, and I’d probably buy from them again if I find something I actually need.

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
Not gonna lie, I was a little surprised by how quick the shipping was. I ordered a jacket from outandbackoutdoor.com, got the tracking info the next day, and it showed up in about 4 days.
The only reason I’d take off a star is that the box was a bit beat up when it arrived, but the jacket itself was totally fine. Overall, it was an easy order and I didn’t really have any issues.
